Photo by Wayne Williams, excerpt from TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION.  I know many of you are still searching for Pull Up #1…and trust me, even though at one point during my rock climbing career, i cranked off 62 consecutive pulls up from a dead hang and could do one-pull ups and pull ups for reps with 75lbs tied around my waist,  it doesn’t get any more inwardly rewarding than it feels after conquering that virgin pull up!  So Keep CRANKING and remember; NO GRAVITRONS!  (We’ll talk more about this on Friday night!)
