“Ilgness factor ( Steve Ilg ) three times a week, kickboxing and then a 1-2x a week of gym workouts (running and leg circuits) as well personal Yoga practices at home..I don’t lift weights other then weighted gloves in KBoxing! Guns earned from lots and lots of chatarungas! Also try to mix it up with SUPing, hiking, climbing (hopefully more)..plan on getting back in the pool doing laps also. :D”
