great week of DL’s, thank you! i think and feel that i saw myself in today’s, as one who dilutes WF to fit my egoic comfort zone. initially this made me feel sad and later it made me feel grateful to you for showing me that i need to go deeper inside, to embrace the disciplines that scare me and that i shirk the most: meditation and nutrition.
