“As a 50+ year-old steadfast student of sustained high heart-rates while immersed in diversified outdoor sports has and continues to reveal more to feeble ilg about the nature of lower mind (manas), ego (ahamkara), and Higher Mind (buddhi) to me than all my university level and personally-pursued studies of comparative religion and spirituality.
“You always see so many beautiful things and rangeland share them I thank you from the bottom of my heart coach”

Not quite sure which Buddha Realm ilg just spent spinning within along the past 2 hours and 43 miles, all ilg knows is that…ilg bows as deep as my Padmasana allows to ALL single parents everywhere…
makes elite endurance sports look like chicken-feed..
so, i’m pedaling north on Main after picking up my precious take out from HomeSlice Durango, right? there is this white pickup – you know, the kind of which has nearly run cyclist ilg into ditches for like the past 3 decades? – stalled out in front of Taco
wish ilg Go(o)dspeed tomorrow in the DWC Championship Road Race…likely in the rain/wind…will be using all my Apache Trainings (see above pic for precisely what my chi-ldhood Wolf Guru looked like…courtesy of Joy Kilpatrick). It’s a Blessing to race at this level, at this age, after such a Blessed Life…you too! Count Thy Blessings…Mindfulness or else….
you damn well know, regardless of age divisions? if they would do a pull up competition or a suppleness competition after each and every bike race? your ol’ feeble ilg would be waaaay closer to the top of the podium than my 2nd place today in event #1 of 4 this week during the DWC Championships where ilg is deeply pressed to defend my 2nd place from last year, let alone one up it! i’d have to satisfy myself with a 2nd place and focus on Tuesday’s Mountain Bike Time Trial…of which here is how ilg is planning to attack my far superior opponent…follow me on: www.wholisticfitness.com
I’m looking for a HP Yoga DVD that incorporates your moves described in “Run For Life”, as follows:
• Yogi squat into forward fold
• Knee warrior pose
• Hero’s pose with breathing
• Camel pose/backbend
In your storefront, you have many DVDs, but I’m not sure which is best for running flexibility. I’m not looking for resistance training (I have a weight-training routine), but athletic flexibility. Which of your DVDs is best for this?
