Oh, sure January was another great month for the ol’ WF Creator to walk his talk; qualifying for Nationals, cranking Nordic Ski Marathons, busting through technique plateaus in tele skiing, creating more Champions in my coaching…however, without a doubt the Highest High of January was the ever-growing Radiance of my Lotus-Eyed BuddhaFull Girl; Dewa! And truly, it’s Dewa’s mommy that is being the Champion around this house full of Champions! To truly love your baby? Love and care for her mother…
I know i load DL with a lot of spirit for all of us to have our Atman’s munch upon…however, the thing i love MOST about our Tribe? our Monthly Practice Stats reveal the Sweat that drives the Spirit Higher!…

TOMORROW: RACE DAY!!! The Flagstaff 10k Classic Ski Race and the first event of the Arizona Cup and the second event of the Flagstaff Winter Triathlon! i go off at 9:00 am…time to TEST THE SPIRIT AGAIN and AGAIN and ENDLESSLY AGAIN!!!!

STATS (as compared to December) and HIGHLIGHTS:
• 15 ski days = 28 skier days so far this season
• Strength Training UP by 6x and up by 2.75 hours; i FEEL the STRENGTH!
• Cardio Down by 8.25 hours due to Racing tapering/recovering
• Yoga; UP by 1.25 hours; Mr. Consistency with BABY!
• Meditation; UP by 3.25! Mostly MantraWork
• Nutrition: UP by 118 ckals/day = LEAN and STRONG! strong through “Flu Season”…thanks, SUNRIDER Herbs and MAP Aminos!!! YEAH BABY!!!*2nd place in AG; 40kilometer, high altitude Nordic Ski marathon
*Qualified for USSSA Nationals one week later at 10k Snowshoe Race!!!
* Teleskiing/Snowboarding is GREAT! GREAT WINTER!!! BIG SNOW!!!
