“People are distracted by objects of desire,
and afterward repent of the lust they’ve indulged,
because they have indulged with a phantom
and are left even farther from Reality than before.”
– Rumi
Meditation:
how does this quote apply to one of your habitual patterns in which you chose
from lust for more money, more temporary pleasure that soon passed, more grasping instead of creating an inwardly controllable environment? hint; there are no right or wrong answers to these questions…
a Bullock’s Oriole…the Animal Beings manifest in a Realm where instinct is pure and no conscious will or moral obligations exist to complicate the mixture of desire and intelligence of the Human Being Realm.
Old Rocks, New Plants…
Rock Beings being gradually withered by ancient lichens seem to spectate the ascent of Sunflowers. “When seeds are buried in the earth, their inward secrets become the flourishing garden.” wrote Rumi. i marvel, constantly, as seeds turn into plants and bushes and enormous trees…i can see the stem of these Sunflower Infants as the Sushumna; the highway of Kundalini which travels up the Stem toward the Crown Chakra of the plant which will explode in a Divine Blossom which we would call a Sunflower.
Meditation:
When was the last time you Trusted that as long as you work hard, like an Infant Seed busting through dark hard soil toward the Light, you will become purified and more Clear? When was the last time you Trusted in Go(o)d that your Light will unfold at the pace that you set toward your Enlightenment?
WaterDance; Sprinklers, WF Temple H(om)e early morning…
What we see is who we are…
If we continue to seek love or peace or joy or freedom
we will only continue the seeking and never realize that
what happens is not important;
how we react and respond to what happens is
very important.
our Witnessing Self can provide the precious water to our Heightened Sense of
Daily Divinity
anytime we are willing to let go of the cluttered weeds in our mind.
Meditation:
Why do you insist on separating your Feelings from your Highest Self?
Make your sentiments your spiritual process,
not the podium.
Dawn Brahmamuhurti, Aspen leaves which were just dime-sized last week…
Clinging to illusionary, false conclusions seems to be the ongoing sin of the UnAwakened Man. We cling like leaves to the status quo, to conditioned and afflicted ways of Seeing. we believe (belief is by definition a limit) that we are holding things together and then make the fatal and flawed conclusion; “I am in control.”
that, right there, is an illusion.
Meditation:
Today practice accepting everything that comes into your circum-stance(s) – which means that which goes around where you are Standing. do not manipulate the people or things in your life today; instead, control the enivronment which you can do by application of the WF Lifestyle Principles…in other words, today; just Breathe into your Life Vinyasa and keep your Posture, Mindfulness, and Appropriate Action as your Practice.
May These InSights from my Early Morning Ritual be of help to your Practice today…
