Good Morning EC,
Your HP Yoga classes at NAYC the past month have been thoughtful and gutsy!
I appreciate that you are willing to take us students into the other side of asana and explore the depths of the yoga teachings. Uncomfortable at times – and an urge to run like *&^% at times.
I laughed last night after that wild and crazy PROP WORKOUT class when you said something about maybe we would like a little more warm and fuzzy class…the work at the end brought out my “ I can’t do this/ I give up” a familiar mind refrain for me…very useful albeit I don’t quite know how to work with that as it is one of my default settings. Hum.
Anyhow, thank you for the food for thought these past weeks. I hope that all is reasonably well with you and the clan. I send my metta to you and bow in gratitude for your presence and the teachings that are so generously offered.
When you have an opening in your schedule I would like to come for a end-of-the year session. If you are not currently doing that perhaps we could have an on-line catch up. Or whatever you might suggest.
