Coach-Sending thanks for many lessons.
As the US economy has collapsed I ignored the main street media and focused on the word “economy” and used as my point of reference your analysis on “heart attacks”…our hearts don’t attack us, we attack them. My analogy was that the US doesn’t have an “economy” defined rationally as taking only what you need, preparing to serve as a meal for another living thing (ie cycle of life) but we have only the Grossest National Product one could imagine!
Yesterday, the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy hit home-a 250 million dollar development in our Colorado resort town was placed on “hold”, disrupting many businesses and many workers like me. Everyone around me grasped-trying to hold onto this relic, this Bardo Entry…my own personal view of a large Bardo Entry.
Not me, Breath and Posture, focused on the present moment, decided that the best thing I could is do is hill intervals on the bike and the HP Prop Yoga CD to cleanse my mind.
Slept like a baby. Woke up. Decided that I must think like a wolf..be mobile, be truly economical, perhaps move…look for a place to Practice and live simply.
Thanks for your presence on my journey.

COACH RESPONDS:
Most Precious Warrior T,
Go(o)d Lord, ilg must be gettin’ old…to me, Telluride is not a
“resort town”…why, when i grew up next to T-Ride, it was just a ramshackle
array of old Victorian homes with a few chairlifts in between!
well done, my Noble Warrior of WF!
