ilg is most pleased to report in from Imogene Pass Race.
on a stupendously chi-less Race Day (i’ll tell you why later)
i am very stoked to report to you nothing less than
fantastic WF performances…

HP Yoga stallwart warrior Chris Latham hammered to a PR in less than 3 hours,
and, HP Yogini Carrie did the same,
ilg even chopped 12 minutes from my 2008 effort
and nearly cracked the top 20 AG!!!
and Yogi Jut (star of AGASSIZ; A Running Pilgrimage DVD), well, i’ve yet to learn how
he did…last i heard from him was a TM sent from Kayenta, AZ enroute to the Race Start.

i was first in my Age Group from Flagstaff,
and my spine pain was absolutely a Non-Factor, baby!
as i gaze upon these tremendous peaks,
as i watch my daughter delight in running through these fields of high green and rushing waters,
it is all i can do to contain the depth of sacred music which itself runs
rampart through the fibers of my being.
