Like a Wolf’s howl slicing through a blistering cold, clear night in the back country, the conventionally-trained fitness warrior has little idea of what whole-food, regenerative nutrition feels like until they, like Student IC above, feel the chi undulate their cells.
in all honesty, if you are tracking wholeness like myself through personal fitness,
attention to our ‘cell fitness’ is Step Number One.

That is why we must Trust in our accepted Teachers.
to shift our bodies from reliance upon the muscle-and-oxygen system
to the far superior and scintillating awesome ‘Pranic’ or ‘Chi’ system,
then we must develop that ether-based system of energetics
instead of feeding our addiction to the air-based combustion system of
relying on carbohdyrates, protein, and fats to fuel our body/mind/spirit
paradigm.
in short,
we must reduce our faith in physical foods and
start bridging the gap to pranic nutrition.
in the WF Tradition, of course, this means making the Leap of Faith
into 2 vital Practices;
1) commitment to the SUNRIDER Herbs
