congrats on the IPR sweat!
a 17-mile/sweat-lodge ceremony is an awesome experience, just wish i was there to attend.
nevertheless, a pilgrimage to the sacred arches of Moab was in order.
so fall time is setting in and i’m looking forward to the ski season. i guess the first step is to begin some roller-skating?
followed with some equipment purchase? what are your thoughts on the steps?
in the meantime i’ll continue my sweat-lodge practice here in kinlani*
