being one of the first personal trainers/yoga teacher to forward the use of Neti (Nasal Washing) in the eighties, ilg must admit..i never saw this coming…what do you TAF about this? ilg will tell you this much right now; i’m getting Ananda and i a bottle of distilled water TOMORROW to devote to our Neti Practices; and we live in DURANGO!..some of the highest quality drinking water on this plane(t)! let me know what you TAF about this:

Agreed, i can not believe it…must find distilled water!
My well water comes from 130 feet underground -but with the “development” we have going on around us, I’m not sure I should trust the integrity of the acquifer. But I think this amoeba scare is a very rare risk -but indeed a scary one.
