tonight, in the Warrior Cave, i premiered my YoZenGa™. the first time i’ve taught this unique class since leaving my Los Angeles Mission…
my YoZenGa™ Class is so beautiful…it consists of doing HP Yoga™ Sun Salutes into seated Zazen and walking (Kin Hin) meditation into closing hip/low back openers into a Final Meditation. the whole class is Dharmically Driven and that spills into the Divine.
Tonight, for feeble a teacher as ilg? Was a little bit waaaaay too precious! you kiddin’ me! sitting Zen with Grandmother Moon’s milky white arms lovingly spilling through the Cave’s windows towards our Souls…How Blessed Are We!?!?! THANK YOU, HP SANGHA!
gotta admit; after teaching what turned out to be a stunning class in the Cave? ilg grabbed the (rope) Tow at The Chap (local ski hill, a few blocks away from my Teaching Cave) and cranked precious Tele turns beneath the Lotus Flower of Grandmother Moon…at one point, a V-shaped peleton of geese, high in the moonlit sky flew over me, suspended above the night snows and ilg thought to myself, “How Blessed Am i!?!?”
