FROM THE WF SANGHALOUNGE:

Darren Here, yoga student of Coach Ilg in Los Angeles.   My gratitude to him and the WF path for the seeds planted in 1999 at  powerhouse gym of chatsworth California.   Since then my vision expanded globally and I spent a few years exploring the world with a back-pack.  My purpose was to in-quire…I acquired experience and shared my vision on national television representing the “green” movement, nothing more than satisfying peoples thirst for holistic over-standing (I-Rasta-Far-I, for those of you reggae lovers).

Now well rooted in Los Angeles and a father of 1.2 years running a for good company playing in the large format high stakes, I “see” the signs of maya.  The importance of raising the game and a putting buff on the occidation of my red lower shakra has become present.

Thank you to all for your communion, support and accountability.   May my integrity out weigh my ego.
