Noble Sangha,

Truth be told;  my first rational thought after crossing the finish line after my nearly 5-hour, focused, painful-beyond-c(om)pare effort today at the Quad?

“Okay, i’m not going to solo this mofo again until i’m 60, cuz, it’s gonna take me 9 years to recover from today’s effort!…then, MAYBE, just MAYBE,  i can get on the AG Podium of the 60-69 AG!”

such runs my immediate egoic default thoughts the moment after surrendering to the Sacred Mountain Kachina Goddesses and offering at least 10,000 sweat-and-pain soaked Mantras to the Higher Ones….feeble yogi ilg indeed!

this is gonna be quick cuz ilg is sooooo utterly destroyed (yet uplifted immeasurably) from my Noble Effort upon my Beloved lifelong Sacred Diné Peak of the South, Tsidool – Mt. Taylor…the Sacred Sweat venue of the Mt. Taylor Winter Quadrathlon, which i solo’d today – first time since 2007….yet, because i sooooooo felt your Chi and Love and Light Hits today,  i MUST take this mOMent share a tidbit…see my Facebook Page for more…this forum is not working well giving the paltry Internet connections here in Grants.

Before…(ready, willing, and waiting to Take Sacred Pilgrimage)…

… AFTER…destroyed, uplifted, and receiving some Angelic TLC from local God-intoxicated and Divine Channel; Deborah Walker…wow!   THANK YOU, Deborah and God Bless!    ilg toed this 75-kilometer,  4-sport, 6k of climbing/descending with a deeply strained ham/glute injury (from leaping over my daughter while sledding several weeks ago)…

…feeble ilg is STOKED to be Durango’s highest-placing finisher in 4 hours and 57 minutes;  6th in AG,  29th OA (out of 170! Soloists).   yet, ilg is even MORE Stoked about how GREAT my Students did:

•) WF Devotee Bryan Bishop of Boulder; rookie at Tsidool; finished in 6 hours, 16 minutes.

•) HP Yogi; Daryl Dagel of ABQ:  finished one spot in front of me (just like he has been doing at Chama Ski Classic in the KOM competition for the last 3 years!)

•) HP Yogi; Amber of ABQ;  2nd OVERALL in Womens!

•) former Mt. Taylor Mixed Pair teammate of mine when we skyrocketed the Mixed Pair Course Record outta the stratosophere;  Dara Marks-Marino of Flagstaff took 6th OA in Womens!

•) WF Student: Kevin Minard of Boulder sizzled to an 8th place OA in the Mens (in FRONT of him?  was the first place in my 50-59 AG!!!)
