i am flowing too, these days.
must be the quarter century of yoga paying off.
i know this to be True.
for,
not so long ago i would be ragin’ with frustration.

i woulda been pissed as hell that;
1) i didn’t podium on my bicycle race on Sunday,
and
2) this friggin’ dial up internet or go to STARBUCKS to access and pay way too much to get wireless and thus deepen the ever growing profit margin loss abyss of DL
each woulda just had my various doshas giving birth to all starts of dis-eases.

not no mo.

no sirree bob.

i, like the crickets will just sing when the sun sets
and flow like the Rio Grande into the sunset.

no more stress about writing you.
if it happens, great and i will allWays make world class effort to keep the abhyasa of DL intact.

however, if Shiva destroys my capacity to write to you or post pictures or any other number of mind-numbing Murphy Law things that prevent my addiction to world class multilayered deliverance of the mind/body/spirit Fitness Dharma to you?

no worries. it’ll just morph into whatever and there is no go(o)d reason to lose Mula Bandha over it. right?

frustration, that inspid little spin off root of her larger sister; Anger.
aaaaargh! frustration arising. flashing with fast twitch ease her fiery fierce flash of cloth with which she so QUICKLY covers my Wise Discrimination! so easily i feel the upsurging of Frustration’s wrath! a wrath which cannot be mistaken; the jump in hormonal influence upon my cells, her telltale sign.

there are many upsides to me staying at my parents casa here in Rio Rancho, just a few meters above the Grandest River. my adorable feline ‘son’ Spencer Sandis Smith lives here with his peculiarly love-addicted feline sister elder; Bonnnie Lu. the road cycling here is, as i have stated numerous times in this forum, the absolute best in the southwest. the ripian call of fertility within a mars-like mesaland of bewildering subtle beauty is to me, without compare down here. the weather? uh, could not order it more perfect.

though perhaps it is not the best analogy coming from a man in my position, the very essence of this Santa Fe/Rio Grande Valley mimics the best qualities of a quality Pinot Noir; dry up front, swampy with infinite layers of subtle bouquet and aroma, seductively enchanting, and the longer you let it sit? the more engaging it becomes.

the downside? no wireless, high speed internet connection.

it’s an odd, odd Way this Dharma Way of mine!

i created my profession – online training – out of the blue, a long, long time ago. i used Turtle Medicine; i wanted to be able to make a living by the shell i can carry by my bodyweight. a laptop is my shell. if i have a laptop and access to the internet?

i can live anywhere.

this type of thinking comes from my 15 years of being a professional rock climber/extreme skier.

oh, anyway, about my second bike race up one of the steepest faces of North America!

tune in tomorrow…

i GOTTA get to my Online Students!

and, feed the Cat Beings!

remind me to tell you of the spritual and physical upgrade i did to the RamaDa to surprise my parents!…oh, and the BEAUTIFUL 45-mile road ride i did this morning from Bosque to High Santa Clara Mesaland and back to Bosque at 19.7 mph average!

God, thank you for my fitness.
God, thank YOU for channeling WF through feeble me!!!!

so many MIRACLES DANCING EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

keep it cranked,
the mountain yogi
