Thank you for the personal reply. I am starting the WF journey for the second time. Last time, approximately one year ago, I complete Green Tara and most of Comsic Yang. I thank you for introducing to me to yoga, which I have fallen in love with. The spiritual journey is a good compliment to, and strengthener of, my current faith practices.

Due to her transformational prowess, do not ever think or feel that you are ‘not doing’ WF just because you happen to have gotten gapped by one of her formal programs like Green Tara, Cosmic Yang, or the formidable Frugal Realm! each WF program is soooo utterly vast in its multidimensional sweeping power upon so many of our physiologic, emotional, and spiritual aspects that to ‘follow’ a WF Program verbatim would put us into a World Class Level of mastery. that is why i created and constantly in-courage ALL OF US who vibe with the WF Wisdom Way, to really put up front and center the 4 WF Lifestyle Principles before the physicality of WF. the true artistry of WF comes from learning how to appropriately siphon from her tremendous vault of power those Practices, Guidelines, Sutras, and Philosophies which lie in accordance with our current temperament, capacity, and willingness to Rise Higher than our egoic comfort zones. Just to wake up and brush our teeth with our nonDominant hand while in a Yoga Squat for instance, or to mindfully and appreciatively sweep a garden Path while renouncing small Self for Higher Self is truly the captivating transformation inherent to WF.
May your Practice of WF – at WHATEVER Level or Form or Structure – bring your Go(o)d Consciousness into your everyday sweat and sacredness.
