PRANAYAMA

When we perform Pranayama, we oxygenate our entire system in profound ways that not even decades of cranking out 20+hours per week of Cardio Training can achieve. in fact, such addiction to high Cardio Training without Pranayama weakens the vital energy channels and fluids.

Pranayama or how i like to call it; “Inner Oxygen Therapy” produces all the myriad benefits known to Western Science regarding how tissues and cells regenerate and function efficiently within the presence of ongoing copious amounts of oxygen. Without daily a Pranayam Routine, the unwise warrior slowly suffocates their tissues and physiology. really, really dumb. then they wonder why dis-ease, impacted fat, depression, and apathy toward spiritual living hangs over their lives. nothing lives without fresh oxygen. in my view, if it came down to it, the choice between brushing my teeth each day or doing my “Nadi One” Pranayam Routine ? easy call! PRANAYAM!

Daily O2 Therapy is actually the lesser of the main benefits of doing “Nadi One” each day. by steadily practicing the few minutes required of doing Nadi One each day imparts quickly a change in the wavelength of the chakral fields, the subtle centers of samskaric recordings that we all tote around lifetime to lifetime within our subtle spine (Sushumna). i have Taught you often about these fields in this forum.

In Japan, they even have a Chakra Measuring Machine (i am not making this up) which measures the energy wavelength within each chakra. i do a low-tech version of this when i test chakra fields on my bodywork students before and after a session using a pendulum. this machine however, is an ultra sensitive microphone which picks up the wavelength radiating from each chakra. the signal is passed through an amplifier and into an oscilloscope so that the wave pattern can be viewed. when advanced yogis were tested, it was clearly shown that the wavelength pattern vibrated tremendously rapid…far, far higher than those who do not practice Pranayam. thus, all my talk about using my Early Morning Rituals, including some version of Nadi One, to ‘ramp up’ our Vibratory Fitness. it’s no joke and can now – finally – be proven by the ever-plodding Western Sciences and their Machines. my pendulum, however, over the last 3 decades, could have told them that, not to mention my own personal and professional observances having introduced Pranayam into the scope of willing Western Fitness Warriors like we have in this humble, Noble Tribe.
