I am stumbling as I said. It will take me some time, I think, to feel comfortable with my WF Early Morning Ritual.

I think I have the mula and uddiyana bandha locks down,feels somewhat similar to the Pilates work really.

I have not done the Rasa eating.

To be honest, my energy is so high right now it is tough to calm down and focus.

The situation with my (omitted for privacy) right now is highly critical…(Omitted) is having very bad seizures.I feel like I am breaking up into a million little pieces. Most difficult thing I have ever handled. When you get into problems with the brain our medical field is pretty clueless,especially the area of (omitted).

I am sure this is why it is so difficult for me to focus on something as calming as Rasa.Of course it is probably just what I need.

yes, Mula is close to Pilates work.
think Kegels…
uro-genital triangle…anal sphincter stays relaxed.
get my Mula Bandha MP4 or CD as soon as you can.

uddiyana takes longer.

both techniques have maaaaaaaaaany layers/levels…the physical/anatomical is only the first.
keep Mula Bandha Awareness as your Body Mantra;
return to Mula as often as possible…

sustain Mula….sustain Mula…sustain Mula…
relax…

continue as often for as long as possible.
great for driving, waiting in lines, in waiting rooms, etc.

practicing Mula Bandha in Yogi Squat is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
