
Every time I do the Exploring The Vents PDF Session, I go longer. I can’t grab my elbows (I would like to brag and say “too muscular,” but it is years of ignore-ance), but each time it gets easier. Tonight, I went out and threw the discus without pain…a first in a year! I also mention Total Body Transformation in my new article for t-nation, too…your “Green Tara” in TBT is a complete program and it is amazing to see how you combined “all this” together. I also bought “Winter Athlete” the other day, just to get a sense of things. This year has been plagued with an injury, but I have some track meets coming up to see if I can put this all back together again.
