Tonight, grab a hot cup of Calli (or a beer…), pull up a rock or a stump to the Tribal Campfire and i will answer, address, or channel from the WF Deities YOUR Question that you may have on any and all aspects of WF…which is, well, pretty much everything – philosophy, bardo entry, spiritual lineage, yoga, cardio, racing, relationships, blog Teachings, strength training, meditation, nutrition, rituals, gear, etc…

6 PM Mountain time (that’s 5 PM Pacific, and 8 PM Eastern)
