Most Noble Sangha,

thank you for all your Birthday wishes and visualizations for my racing this weekend!

Today’s Road Race featured gusts of 60 mph on the high passes and a wonderfully potent dosage of Shiva Dancing upon my personal effort;  mere minutes before my Start,  i busted my race shoe buckle and basically had only one leg that could provide power!  didn’t give up and c(om)pleted my one-leg race of the 50-miles and 6,800′ over to Silverton in 2:52…still 3 minutes faster than last year.  placing:  50th out of 118 competitors.

For tomorrow’s criterium,  i’m using Duct Tape over my right shoe!  serious!
Professionally however,  ilg enjoyed an awesome day with at least 6 of my athletes/yoga students getting PR’s…even  in the wind!  i had at least 3 students place in the top ten of their races!

Dewa races her Kids Race at 8:50 or so and i go off at 10:30…Duct Tape and Chi, baby…

Be Brave In Your Own Practice This Weekend As Well,

ec
