on a not so good day, i find it can seriously mess with my equanimity !! Cool

A tip: whenever you have thoughts like this, ask yourself: "What makes you think THIS is not the practice?!" Challenging to be sure, yet that's what makes this steep path steep.

 

Great you say that…had that very thought this morning, under-slept, over-tired, mind clinging onto 'stress' attachments, whilst performing the daily prayer that is cleaning out my most particularly messy rabbit-being family :()
