I have followed Coaches teaching for years.  In 1990 when I was at CU I bought "The Outdoor Athlete" and used that as my training bible.

I have been a Navy Corpsman since 1983. Since  2003 I have made multiple deployments and found my passion for hard training, climbing and cross country skiing waning.  I used passing 50 as an excuse to allow my fitness to disintegrate.

Oddly enough, I saw a post on Facebook by Dan John(another great teacher) that pulled me back to the WF website. I have re-dedicated myself to WF and I am starting TBT on Monday(I am re-reading it this week).

 

The topic should read "Coming in from the cold" I guess I need reading glasses or typing lessons!
