Namaste! to all brothers and sisters of The WF Path

i just wanted to add a line or two to contribute two penneth to this wondrous and illustrious path of WF.

WF always sang to me in spirit from the word go, however my very human character defects held me back and told me 'i' couldn't do this…

i had the nudge to knock back in august after following coach's teachings for about five years. not long in the Grand Scheme, not even a half blink of an eye, true. Still, when student is ready…

in october i was priviledged to begin the first baby steps of ascent. often times 'too slowly' for my ginormous egoic leanings :) *breath-posture* all is perfect

yesterday, i had a personal phone pow-wow with coach ilg. if anyone is unsure *breath-posture* listen to your heart and simply do it. a pranic injection beyond Measure!!!

last night, celestial belly laughs abounded as i stepped into the iron temple at 10.30pm following my coaching call, during which i believe i had the temerity to utter the words 'my workouts aren't so intense'. (woo-hoo – there they go again!!)

Never in this Life have i: lifted (18 reps on a 22.5kg bench press – yeah baby! not bad for a noodle arms :) – grunted – sweated – pushed – went beyond – focussed – breathed into and out of – 'bin the ego, shishya, get on the dip bar' (6/7/6 – miniscule/mini-school!!)

shifting, sifting, letting go – one breath at a time -

all deeply bowed

Just got back from an ego-annihilating Iron Temple workout for Tsidool…

the Dumbell Arm Swings and grunts at the bench press (only the bar!) got some stares.

Inspired to know there's other Warriors out there breathing through It All.

head bowed,
