Namste ALL! My name is Luke.
It has been too long from starting a feeble craw down the WF path and my joining of this online community. I must have sown some very potent karma during past lives to be fortunate enough to be born to a Yogi father that brought his personal practice along side my own for encouragement. It is through him that I was introduced to Coach Ilg.  
I am currently an analytical chemistry graduate student at the University of Washington, am married, and live in the wonderful Eastlake community in Seattle.
I take off my shoes, lower my head and bow as I enter this digital temple. Om namah shiviya!

Luke. you might try to keep your shoes off running, or at least try Vibram 5 fingers or something like Newtons.  On the other hand, whatever works for you is fine. WinkWink
