coach, i missed the the kiva-chat the other night, however, i've come away with a question…..   although i have many….  i'll ask this.

In relation to one's specific-cardio cycles of the year, what specific body-part should be trained, or emphasized?    For example, if it's nordic skiing & snowshoeing time what muscular fibers should be focused on in the "IT"?  

i understand that it's a specific question and that WF is not about "specificity", however, i do see it as a mere stepping-stone to one's enlightenment.   

After all….. there is a sacred, yet, spiritual experience to be witnessed when one enters the IT.   Don't cha' feel it?
