You enjoying being in your body
You, just choosing to practice being soft in the face of tension and aggression
You, knowing that daily fitness endeavor is necessary to draw from within us, our Higher Self
You, realizing the space between the Heart and the Mind is the space of your Highest Fitness
You, allowing and trusting your Breath and Posture to cultivate your Highest Workout
And you,
doing what you love doing
and being brave and noble enough
to keep following
what you love doing
