Namaste Noble Warriors!
“People get obnoxious when their heart rates remain unchallenged. They tend to get humble as their heart rates soar. Each day, people should elevate their heart rate through exercise and keep it elevated for at least 20 minutes. If they would do this, humility – not arrogance – would be the hallmark of human beings. War, both inner and outer, would be a thing of the past.
Intense breathing makes all men brothers.”

thank you for your Practice of Patience while i and Kathy have been away.
yes, i will limp into the Grotto tomorrow night for my Level 2 HP Yoga class. though i’ve been sacredly beaten, bruised, battered, humbled, and again deeply Awakened within the very mountains i practiced many of my Yoga austerities, i am looking forward to seeing you all again.
though sad to leave once again my beloved southwest mountains, this trip has been Graced every moment it seems by Shiva’s Dance…
non-attachment is the major theme of my own yogic work and time has come to again let go of my Power Source and return to the Big City.
it is my yoga to fully feel the sadness of leaving my true h(om)e
but not attach to it.
honestly, however, i cannot imagine going back to LA without two things waiting for me there:
my beautiful wife Kathy
and
you.
see you in class,
head bowed
spine straight
flying into the west coast sunset….
Om shanti, Sat nam and many, many blessings…
