Namaste Noble Warriors! –
okay, so i’m toast.
now i know why i trained all those years in ultra-endurance sports…it was performance conditioning for teaching workshops!
Kathy and i just finished two days of teaching HP Yoga and WF workshops here in Chicago. so much fun, great turnouts, and teary eyed transformations at both facilities; the Peninsula (www.peninsula.com) and the Women’s Athletic Club.
after yesterday’s full day workshop, Kathy and i power napped and then took off with our Event Coordinators, the dynamic duo of Robyn Grieve and Anne Pringle, to guest teach a HP Yoga class at an urban Chicago community center where Robyn volunteers her time and efforts to create and maintain a yoga program for the nonprofit center. it was such a Blessing to bring the HP Yoga experience to the wonderful people at the center.
a special “Wholistic Fitness Road Warrior” award certainly must go to long-time student, Heather Leu who drove four hours to take my workshop at the Peninsula. i bow to you, Heather! it was wonderful to see you again!
today, Kathy and i slept in (needed). now i’m about to take my beautiful wife for a drive up the North Shore of Lake Michigan to where i was born and spent the first several years of my life; Winnetka. should be a trip to see the house and school where my first memories come from…
more later…
