A SUNRIDER HERB Chi Hit for the Coach Ilg Downline
contributed unsolicited by, Patti:
Dear Coach Ilg –
I want to check in with you and share a couple of things with you.
Number one, I have not forgotten the kindness and guidance you have so generously shared with me. I hope one day I can pay it forward so to speak.
i want to share an experience that I have had over the past few days. Feel free to share it with others.
I have been a Sunrider consumer for going on 3 years now and have written to you on occasion to let you know some wonderful thing or another that has happened to me as a result of my Sunrider consumption.
This one takes the cake.
I have been carefully monitoring my intake of simple carbs in hopes of dropping a few pounds. Someone recommended that I try these “wonderful” new Atkins bars that are on the market now. They are tasty and have a low glycemic index, just the thing ( or so I thought) for my sometimes all-too-annoying sweet tooth.
This afternoon I popped open a Chocolate Decadance bar, yummy to be sure, consumed it and went about my day. I had eatne a bowl of lentils for brunch and wanted something just to keep me going until dinner.
About an hour after I ingested this “good for me bar” I began to feel quite ill. Nauseous, dizzy, light headed and not too steady on my feet…hmmm, didn’t I feel this way on Thursday when I grabbed one of these to hold me over before dinner????
Sure did.
I eat clean for the most part. No chemicals, no pop, no prepared foods, nothing frozen and zapped. This bar was a chemist’s delight. (shame on me).
Well to make a long afternoon short, I am beginning to come out of chemical induced funk, drinking purified water and biding my time.
I know that the reason I felt so crappy was because I am CLEAN on the inside and I ate garbage. I have never reacted so strongly to eating “bad” before, and I know now just how clean I am.
Mny thanks!
Patti
