Every moment of your daily life can be a moment of contraction or expansion. Whether stuck in traffic or sitting in your office, you can always practice unalienable body/mind techniques which transform seemingly wasteful chunks of your life into fascinating and precious moments. Each instant that you are awake includes an opportunity to cultivate a more wholistic state of fitness and well being.
Qualities such as integrity, joy, and harmony just don’t magically disappear and reappear throughout our life by chance. Such qualities are spiritual and as such, are trainable components of self realization which timelessly dance within our cells. When the proper technique is applied in a given moment, tension is exchanged for relaxed awareness. And, after a few days of practicing relaxation techniques, you will notice a fresh and surprising amount of energy coming through you. Within a few weeks, this newfound energy begins to erase once chronic aches and pains. Old injuries and volatile moods and excuses to which you’ve begun to grow victim, seductively ease their recalcitrant grip upon your soul. In short order, people begin to compliment your more radiant nature. A growing number of people, friends, and family begin to benefit from your happy presence. Your life suddenly appears as it was no longer. Dramatic and troubling circumstances appear less frequently as you learn to relax into the changing intensities of living and being. Suddenly, what you once knew as mundane “daily life” now cheerfully greets you each moment as your unique form of yoga or union. Your life regains its spiritual intent; it has become your sacred journey of inner peace and balance. Calmness is no longer a stranger, but a faithful and constant companion along your Way.
