COACH ILG TO OPEN NEW HP YOGA STUDIO!

there is but one consistency in all the UniVerse; change.

let me tell you, Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles, California is a long, long way from County Road 204 outside Durango, Colorado but that is precisely where my Path of yoga has led.

my new “cave” is situated in a powerful but calming vortex of earth energy at the foot of the Santa Monica mountains in a beautiful plaza one block west of Reseda Boulevard on Ventura. here, you and i will soon have our own High Performance Yoga Studio where we can enjoy the unique challenge and life transforming benefits of daily HP Yoga classes, Wholistic Fitness dharma talks, zen meditations, special events like “Planet Ilg” and “Adventure Sundays”, Sunrider Herb evenings, and Master classes with established Teachers from a variety of Paths.

my Studio will reflect and be based upon my personal practices. you’ll notice the Vibe immediately. this Studio is my contribution to a Path of Yoga that has helped me enjoy such a sacred and fun life journey. our staff will be certified HP Yoga Teachers trained in both personal fitness and yogic arts. we welcome spiritual and fitness warriors from all walks of life.

i meditated for three years to manifest this space in this location. two short months ago the opportunity opened. with only faith in the UniVerse to provide, i pounced on the moment like Lance Armstrong attacking in the Pyrenees. now, it’s up to the strength and support of our sangha (spiritual community) to sustain our Studio and help many other people through the amazing effectiveness of the HP Yoga experience. i know we can do it. we just need to keep our Practice strong and sincere.

let me reiterate; Kathy and i need your support of our new Studio. many of you have asked why don’t i open my own studio. well, here you go. now, i need you! we plan to open in September and then host a special Grand Opening the first weekend of November. as i write this, a handful of HP Yogi devotees are volunteering their time, sweat, and support to make our Studio happen. i especially bow to Mark Blanchard of MarkBlanchardsPowerYoga.com who has been of tremendous open-hearted assistance and integrity.

i would love to see my online students and friends from across the country plan a trip to LA for the first weekend of November to take advantage of free classes and special events at our new studio.

this week i am returning to Colorado and New Mexico to perform mountain yoga austerities and bring back some special items from my stupa’s, caves, and High Places that will link – spiritually – this new studio with my beloved Rocky Mountains, birthplace of the High Performance Yoga tradition.
