take off whatever you may be wearing on your feet.

stand up.

feet hip width.

firm your frontal thighs.

lift the inner arches of your feet.

now, lift and spread your toes.

i want each toe up and way off the earth.

i want each toe as far away from its neighboring toe as possible.

go!
