Dear Wholistic Fitness Warriors –
My name is Sean Madine. It is Day Three of my Wholistic Fitness Intensive here in LA with Coach Ilg. It feels as though I�ve been Her e for years and it feels as though I�ve been Here for just a few moments. Today began for me at 5:00am. Pre-dawn Pranayama work gave rise to a beautiful sunny Southern California day. It is hard for me to comprehend the sound of a lawnmower in November, but the grass is still green here. My white skin stands out in the Yoga studio. All of the other students actually have a tan. They don�t realize that ultraviolet rays are unable to penetrate GoreTex climbing and skiing clothing. Soon, I will be back in the cold thin air of Colorado. This Intensive will be with me for quite some time.
With Divine help (you have no idea how challenging it is to even move at this point), I will complete my 4th Intensive with Coach Ilg tomorrow. Each one has a unique texture, but they all give rise to great fun and learning. I hope that this finds you well.
