Namaste Noble Fitness Warriors!

You know how awkward it is to do anything with your non-dominant hand or foot? That is how awkward and imbalanced the thinking and the emotions are of one who does not practice Wholistic Fitness. My earnest visualization is that one day all beings will bring forth the noble art of working out from within. We must get more people to meditate and do yoga. It is becoming imperative, not just valuable.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL MOTHER and my little (he is 64) brother CRAIG!!!!!!!!!

my AOL account has once again combusted. if you sent me an email over the past two weeks, i cannot read, open, reply, or delete it! if it did not go against yogic vows, id have a few choice words to say about my many years of challenge with Guru AOL!

use this address for me from now on: ilgtrain@pacbell.net

Here is a fantastic WF Dharma link, offered to us by WF Teacher Q. It takes about 3 minutes:

If you are not on the SUNRIDER HERBS after those 3 minutes, youll be contacting me to sign you up for sure, afterward!

We MUST do our best this year to live more Lightly on Mother Earth, okay? Show others by working hard on your own lifestyle; incorporate non cruel nutrition and conscious workouts within the fabric of your day to day life in order to really chip away all the bullshit and baggage of heavy-on-the-earth and superfluous ego entertainments…this YEAR, WARRIOR, ARISE HIGHER INTO YOUR FITNESS!!!!

I trust your New Year Day included a fantastic workout! Here is what we did at the HP YOGA STUDIO yesterday.

Oh, and congratulations to MELISSA KAI of LA…she earned the HP YOGA WARRIOR OF THE YEAR AWARD due to her AMAZING body and mind transformation carved out through her devoted practice of HP Yoga, SR Herbs, and WF lifestyle principles! I bow to you, Student Kai!

I suppose Warrior Of The New Year Day, however, goes to Steve Marlowe, who trained for two hours on the mountain bikes with me AFTER our 4-Hour HP Yoga Adventure below! 200 calories taken in: about 3,800 expended! Yeah baby! That is the WF Way to start a NEW YEAR!

I bow to you,

In order to start, we must make a decision. This decision is a commitment to daily self-cultivation. We must make a strong connection to our inner selves. Outside matters are superfluous. Alone and naked, we negotiate all of lifes travails. Therefore, we alone must make something of ourselves, transforming ourselves into the instruments for experiencing the deepest spiritual essence of life.
