Just finished soaking up the material in your latest book and I must
say it is beyond anything I have ever gotten my hands on. It’s like
Way of The Peaceful Warrior combined with Supertraining (best
training book ever, by Mel C Siff) : a perfectly detailed plan of
how to take care of your body, and mind ! Incredible and uplifting
in every sense of the word ! I had never done much meditation but
will definetely be adding it to my wholistic training. I always
stretched a lot but you also convinced me that yoga might be a much
better way of training for and maintaining flexibility.
I wish you nothing but the best with all your life’s endeavors. Because
indeed, that is what I feel you are bringing to people, the best…
