{Coach’s Note}: i am sorry, but i must say something here about Yogi B. phew. he came to my HP Yoga classes at PowerHouse Gym. one of the Few. one of the Brave stiff but strong bodybuilders/outdoor fitness enthusiasts that actually dared to enter the roomfull of svelte females to do the Real Work of breaking down his stiffness to find the True Strength of Suppleness. that was 5 (?) years ago. today? you guessed it, baby. typical HP Yoga fashion, Barry is quantum pounds lighter, leaner, and kinder. in fact, yesterday i just put out a request to my local Yogis for an electrician/handyman and Yogi B answered the call to Inner Duty within 30 minutes of my posting. Apparently Barry was an electrician in the military and is willing to Serve again. Warriors, baby, that is what my Tribe (you) are all about!
