Congrats to track phenomena Natalie Hughes, a Florida State University Junior, who first won the indoor mile(1500m) in the NCAA Div I Atlantic Coast Conference Championships then took 5th at the recent NCAA Div. I Indoor Track and Field Championships…without even tapering. Why are we mentioning this here on DL? Because Teacher Sheader not only help coach Natalie in Highschool to 13, yes 13! state championships but still works with her (and trains…got a love a coach who does Intervals with his athletes) during the off season and provides consultation during the season. Her recent Strength Training program? Right out of Total Body Transformation. Cardio? Over Christmas break, Natalie and Teacher Haku enjoyed a sub zero 8 mile tempo run at average of 5:30 per mile. That’s a real celebration of incarnation! She even has mastered Medium Form!
