Q & A: YOGA BAD FOR YOU?!
hey coach,
was just on mountainbike.com and in their Boulder Report, they mention yoga and it not being a competitive sport. just thought i would point you in the direction of it because it gives yet another lead from the new york times apparently (which i couldn’t access, but maybe you can). the article in new york times is apparently saying that yoga is being thought to be more and more harmful. more or less goes down to people getting injured in yoga classes. i think it would be an interesting article (just for reference sake) b/c apparently there are alot of yoga teachers who, unlike you, are having injured students. let me know what you find out!
love,
