Namaste Noble Warriors!
As much as i love Peter Rabbit, all HP Yoga Classes will continue on as
normal today. Yogi’s consider each day a holy-day, none more special
than any other. Exception; Stanley Cup Playoffs when the Colorado
Avalanche are in contention (again) for the Cup. Now THEM are Holy Days!

FROM NEW ONLINE STUDENT STARLING
(who is taking Study under Coach Ananda):
“Man finds himself only in nature, for that is his
blueprint”
–Yoga magazine (I don’t know original author)
That quote sums up my 45-minute run, followed by Ai
Imawa and a 30-minute walk. That door to the Divine
swung open again.
Dear Coach Ananda,
All is well. Better than that. Blissful.
I forgot to mention that about two weeks before I
began WF I started having heavy night sweats, which
continue to occur. Then sinus trouble came. But so did
quantum leaps in my health. My doctor says he sees a
lot of this in his patients who are getting healthy,
expelling toxins. It’s true I haven’t felt this go(o)d
in as long as I can remember.
I believe the WF breathing exercises are taking me
light years ahead in healing–energy, sinuses, and so
much more.
I bow to you both,
Student Starling”
{NOTE: regarding New Student’s Starling’s ‘night sweats.’ in my
personal and professional experience, ‘night sweats’ are common
in the first few years of WF Training. due to WF’s impact on the physical,
energetic (chakral/nadic) and spiritual systems…the body/mind will tend to
process unneeded and/or undigested emotional/karmic loads during sleep as well
as using these sleep states to re-wire the nadic system which can cause
heat as the Student’s neuroelectrical capacities clear and become empowered. –
