Hello Coach,
I was on a post yoga bike ride on the single speed Easter morning when I had an interesting thought.� For me WF practice has been nothing more than a return to how I acted, trained, and felt between the ages of 10 and 14.� I remember not only playing all day, but doing a little of everything.� Playing catch with my brother, water skiing, going to wrestling practice, taking naps, swimming, and eating when I was hungry.� I also remember being really happy and content at that time in my life.� Pretty interesting!
