Hi coach………….hope all is swell down your way. Got a question

for you…………..

I just had my first ( to establish a baseline ) bone density test . It

came back alittle low—-what they call osteopenia—moderate in lumbar

area and mild in femur. I’m taken by surprise given all the exercise i

do. Anyway what is is—-for this moment anyway huh ?

What should i add from SR for this and in what amounts—-i do not now

and haven’t ever taken calcium supplements ? Thanks for your

input on this

Noble Shel –

do not worry.

however, i am glad you asked.

yes, women in particular after mid-thirties should regularly

be aware of bumping up a HIGH QUALITY calcium intake.

regular concussive exercise such as hiking, power yoga(where you jump the

feet up to the hands), strength training (squats), even calensthetics or plyometric training is needed to

keep the joint bed strong with synovial fluid responses and bone mass integrity.

even world class cyclists suffer from bone mass loss because they never do anything

concussive on their bodies so their bones weaken. that is why in WF we do it all, baby:

strength training, cardio, yoga, etc.

bring in some “Herb Cal”

(#242501, 90 caps for $13)

on your next SR order.

i take 1-2 caps each day.

i suggest for you, to re-establish some bone regeneration

taking 2 caps (together) but not more since anything much more above

2000 mg is not likely to produce increased effects and might

cause the body to work needlessly to shuffle about the extra

intake.

i am forwarding this to the WF Sangha for everyone’s consideration.

love,

coach ilg
