Hi Steve,
I’m a follower of your TBT program in the UK, near Canterbury.
I’ve done strength training for many years and I enjoy running, having
completed two London marathons. I”ve only taken on yoga recently and your
book has given me great encouragment to improve. Although it’s nice in some
ways to be the only man at the power yoga class among ten women, I do wonder
sometimes why more men don’t come along. It’s their loss!
