Dear WF Teacher Kodanda –
I love this work and the reaches of the human spirit to which I have been pushed by it in my quiet workout room in the basement (and on the road on my bike).
Traditionally, I worked out with weights to gain mass, now I’m not sure that it is my goal. Society seems to value the large muscular physique and I was enveloped in that world view. Lately, with the WF workout, I’m content to have my body and spirit become more powerful, more flexible, with attention to form, breath, diet and posture.
