Coach,
you would think after all this time together (this is my 12th summer as a WF Warrior for Life) i would learn not to be overly attached or emotional as lifes challenges or events take us to heart. but what the heck….it’s fun at times 😉
so as i sat on our divine yoga platform in the Cave (HP Yoga Studio), it being my last class before the”rebirthing” process of the studio begins. i was brought to tears at all the HPY Warriors sitting out in front of me dripping sweat, with impeccable posture, eyes closed, hands in Namaste mudra, hearts WIDE OPEN, ready for whatever may come. i silently thanked spirit for being blessed to be a guide to such AMAZING BEINGS!!

i LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE of you that have walked into our humble temple. and to all my regular Thurs night and Sat morning warriors……have a great month. keep a happy heart. do your solo practice. and i will see you in Aug.
