yeah, yeah i know you cycling geeks are ALL OVER the pic of Nalanda, my all terrain Torelli custom made bicycle which appeared in DL’s 8/1 entry. stay tuned and i’ll give you her specs and contact information to build yourself one. for now, here is a shot of me on her early on my crushing of the Reseda To The Sea course record whereby i covered the grueling valley over mountain to ocean and back again course in 2 hours and 11 damn minutes! WF + Nalanda = DANGER to existing course records!

that’s right, i return once again to the heart stopping sunsets and heart elevating workouts inherent to Red Mountain Adventure Spa for the third time! personally, i can’t enough of the place and if you sign up quick like several others already have, you too will see why my spirit just VIBES within the redrock and lava beds of this unique and honored land.
the gong has officially rung; be there! you might even see me attempting to swim! now THAT’S funny! worth the trip, i promise! rock climbing, road and mountain cycling, hiking, and plenty of HP Yoga will cap off your summer like never before!
