Namaste Noble Warriors!
“…Just walk beside me…
and be my friend.”
A gathering of WF Online Students sharing the Ai Imawa Postures at a WF Retreat in New Mexico.
(Okay, so Student Luke’s faithful canine companion, Spooner {center}, is not exactly an Online WF Student. Yet.)

My Teachers always encouraged me; “Steve, your Soul’s Path is what matters most in the phenomenal world, so stay true to your own Path and watch how the Angels arise.”
Well another Angel has risen in my life; Janiss Garza, Editor in Chief of All Spirit Fitness ezine.
Check out the FANTASTIC article on WF and its feeble originator in the latest issue. Thank you Janiss…you HONOR my lifework.

“Four things matter most in the life of a Wholistic Fitness Warrior;
moderation of food, moderation of sleep, moderation of speech, and intensification of exercise.”

“Wholistic Fitness to me is the one life style that seems to drive towards real “fitness”. And I plan to get fit myself and then spend the rest of my life helping others get fit.”

dear coach steve,
so nice of you to check in on me.
i am happy to report that all is well with me and my {condition Upshifted thanks to the Sunrider Herbs}.
i just returned from ny and enjoyed a fabulous 14 mile hike with vicki, my friend and hiking partner.
i was not consistent (while traveling} but i am back and following the herbs once again.
i have forgiven myself.
embrace the day as you always do.
your deeply grateful follower,

Noble Students…
Student ‘r’s’ last line there tends to make me nervous. it bears me repeating it again and again:
i seek no ‘followers.’
WF is a Gift from the Divine…you and i follow the WF Path, not steve ilg.
i am re-minded of a Native American saying from my childhood;
“Do not walk in front of me,
for i may not follow.
Do not walk behind me,
for i may not lead.
Just walk beside me…
and be my friend.”
in Service of Higher Sweat and Spirit,

Hey Coach!
Imagine my surprise to see you on page 55 of the July/August issue of Experience Life. No mention of you — just the photo. No photo credit — looks like they use stock or freebies. Still cool to see ya!
Love, Anne

Dear Coach Ilg,
Before you depart for your Chi Gathering {at www.redmountainspa.com}, I just want to send you a note of thanks. From DL to SR Missives and HP Yoga updates, your communications are such a tremendous support and motivator for this journey. Many thanks.
