Coach and i arrived on Labor Day Monday,

practicing Compassion for all those folks on the Highway

driving back to LA from where ever, caught in the muck of

i thought we would miss this traffic, dear.

As we were driving by Vegas and into Utah,

i could feel the energy change. The desert Pran

ever present calling me back to my newly introduced

playground. The Purity of the moment brought tears

to my eyes. Ahhhh…..

So kindly we were welcomed here at Red Mtn.

Just in time for dinner. Yum! i taf theres nothing nicer

than relaxing to a delicious meal served with love.

Tuesday was Coachs HPY Strong Flow class where

both new newcomers and seasoned practitioners sweated to

the internal heat purifying their body in Steves fun, inspiring,

challenging yoga class. Ribbons where given out to Charles from

PA for Best Effort. Max received the Great Attitude ribbon and

Betty from NY was gifted a HPY water bottle and Prayer Flag for

consistency. She was here last year to participate in Steves classes.

Keeping the WF tradition, the afternoon brought a bike ride up Snow Canyon

(a stunning, white colored mountain squeezed between red cliffs).

Breath taking. oh, im not referring to the view, though it was, im

referring to the breath it took to get my bike up those hills!!!

A warm-up for what was to come this morning.

As i took my cardio childs pose resting during a water break,

next thing i knew, Coach had me babysitting his cross-bike, Nalanda,

while he took off with my mountain bike and was soon calling my name,

waving his hands from the summit of a near vertical, red petrified sand dune.

How he loves to play.

Speaking of which, hes calling me now….just back from his private consultation (see

photo below)

and ready to go rock climbing in the alpenglow of a setting desert sun.

More Updates From Our HP Yoga Summer Retreat soon! Keep your

Practice your Strong!

ps; for those of you keeping up on Coachs swimming lessons, he has made it across the Jr. Olympic pool without drowning and… without water wings!
