DRIVING TOWARD THE LIGHT…
I always do my best to Seek, then Strive Toward
the Light, the Higher Light which illuminates my many areas of restrictions,
fear, ignorance, and lazy or negative tendencies. I must forgive myself so many times
during the day for my feebleness, for the trek on the Spiritual Journey is steeper than any
rock or ice wall i’ve climbed and my inability to live my Divine Magnificence frustrates me.
Yet, my Higher Guidance and my Teachers insure me this much,
“There is no failure as long as we continue to make effort.”

“We fancy ourselves as a ‘Christian’ nation…
Hell, we aren’t even close to being Christ-like!
Christ was not fat, he was fit!
“In God We Trust”?
Yeah…right! It’s more like,
“In Greed and TV We Trust”!
Hang in there Noble Fitness Warriors and SHINE your Light
of Awareness…the moral structure of our beautiful country
is not to be given up on…
the lack of Awareness and Compassion you might see
is meant to inspire those of us who Practice
to dig ever deeper within and be brave enough
to smile more often, stay fitter than ever, speak Truthfully constantly, and Share What We Have To Give…
that is personal fitness…
that is Wholistic Fitness!
i am proud of you for meditating, for practicing your Workout Everywhere!
Let’s shine our Collective Tribal Light!”

“What is the nature of mind like? Imagine a sky, empty, spacious, and pure from the beginning; its essence is like this. Imagine a sun, luminous, clear, unobstructed, and spontaneously present; its nature is like this. Imagine that sun shining out impartially on us and all things, penetrating all directions; its energy, which is the manifestation of compassion, is like this: Nothing can obstruct it, and it pervades everywhere.”

Dear Coach,
Thank you for posting the photos of Mt Taylor on DL. Seeing them brought back great memories of my Quad back in 2001. All sorts feelings came flooding back to me as soon as I saw the summit photos. I also forgot how beautiful the view from the summit is. May there be many more summits in our future.
Humbly,
Student Moses
